How do I Book a Party?
Call or email us with your party date and time, if available we will reserve that time and date for your party. A $50.00
non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. If mailing your check we will reserve the party for 3 business
days to allow time to receive your deposit. If deposit is not received within 3 business days the reservation will be
forfeited and you are welcome to request another date and time if available. All party details are confirmed by email.
Balance of party is payable in full at completion of the party.
How far in advance do I need to reserve my party date?
Usually we reserve party dates 4 to 6 weeks in advance. However, please check with us as we may have availability.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
Please let us know as soon as you can if an illness or unforeseen circumstance requires you to postpone your party.
Every effort will be made to reserve an alternate date and time.
What is the minimum/maximum number of guests?
Our parties are priced at a per child rate depending on the type of party. All weekend or at home parties have a
minimum of 6 guests that you will be charged for. We can accommodate a large party just let us know so we can
provide proper staffing. The Birthday child is FREE if at least 8 of her B.F.F’s attend the party.
When do I need to provide a final guest count?
Please let us know 48 hours prior to your party the final RSVP count. This is the number of children you will be
charged for. This allows us to properly staff the party so each guest has the most magical time.
What about late arrivals?
Your party time is scheduled specifically for your party, any late arrivals are welcome to join the party in progress and
every effort will be made to make sure the child receives all of the services provided in the party package if time
allows. You are still responsible to pay for that child even if they do not receive all of the services.
What if a child does not want to participate?
Every effort is made to make the children feel comfortable and interested in the activities. However, some children
just do not want to participate. You will still be responsible to pay for that child even if they do not receive all of the
services.
What should children wear?
All costumes can be worn over clothing, however a leotard worn under the costumes provides the most comfort and
privacy.
Can I bring my own food?
You are welcome to bring a cake and drinks. Razzberrie Dreamz does not provide any paper products or utensils.
CiCi’s Pizza is also next door and we can reserve a table for your party if you would like to have pizza before or after the
party.
How is make-up applied and hair styled?
Makeup is applied with disposable q-tip/cotton applicators. The same applicator is never used twice, even on the
same guest. Razzberrie Dreamz Party Hostesses use anti-bacterial gel in-between guests. Combs and brushes are
not used. All clips, tiaras, hair extensions, bobby pins, etc are for each guest to keep, as they are never reused.
Services are not performed by licensed salon professionals. Our services are for the enjoyment of children and
teens. The events are considered party entertainment only. Party hostesses will only instruct and assist party guests
of your event. We do not use nail-polish remover, nail files, clippers etc. during your party.
What about Boys?
Boys are always welcome! We have bear stuffing parties or we can add pirates or knights to a princess party. We
offer spy and superhero parties that are great for boys and girls.
Can parents stay for the party?
Parents are welcome to stay for the party and take pictures or videotape the party. At least one parent must be
present during the entire party. If any parents want to drop off their children for the party an emergency contact form
must be filled out. Razzberrie Dreamz does not provide daycare or babysitting services.
What about tipping?
Tipping is at your discretion and very much appreciated.
I want a custom theme that I don’t see you offer?
Razzberrie Dreamz is not a franchise governed by strict licensing agreements, therefore, if you want a custom theme
just ask! We will make every effort to make your child’s birthday fun and magical.
